1. Application
Diesel Deep Hydrotreating Catalyst is suitable to deep hydrotreating process for straight-run diesel, coking diesel, catalytic diesel and coking mixture of gasoline & diesel.
2. Product Features
This series of catalyst has even & effective active component, high dispersion degree, high activity and low loading density, which is specially used to strengthen hydrotreating of Dimethyl DBT sulfide, and helpful for next process of direct hydrodesulfurization which could improve activity of catalyst.
HHMDS-1 catalyst is suitable to high sulfur secondary process diesel on deep desulfurization, removal of olefin basis on high space velocity and low hydrogen/oil ratio. Sulfur in product meets demand of standard Europe III, Europe IV and Europe V basis on existing hydrotreating unit of 6.0~8.0 MPa pressure and 1.0~2.5 h-1 space velocity. Specially suitable to deep hydrotreating of straight-run diesel, coking gasoline & diesel, coking diesel.
HHMDS-2 is specially for high sulfur high nitrogen diesel. We developed unique carrier for this catalyst, one-time impregnated, active optimized auxiliaries which are making catalyst works excellent on deep desulfurization, denitrification and de-aromatic hydrocarbon.
Comparing to other similar catalysts, HHMDS-2 reacts at 5℃ lower and 20% more activity.
Specially suitable to deep hydotreating process of straight-run diesel&gasoline, coking diesel&gasoline, coking diesel and distillate pre-hydrogenation such as FCC material and hydrocracking material.
