1. 产品简介 Product Introduction
低温变换催化剂（HHTS01型）适用于天然气、焦炉气、炼厂气、石脑油、煤、油田气等不同原料的制氢、制氨工艺中低含量CO的变换反应。本催化剂充分借鉴了国内生产低变催化剂的经验，产品性能更为稳定，催化剂单位体积内铜含量较高，分散度好，有效铜表面积较大、活性稳定性好，强度和抗毒性能也得到了有效的改善。HHB01烧失重低、体积收缩率低、孔容大、比重和孔径适宜、易于还原。经各用户使用，低变出口CO通常能达到接近0.1%的水平。其各项性能经测试和实际使用表明，本催化剂已处于国际同类产品的先进水平。该催化剂不仅适用于轴向变换炉，也适用于轴径向变换炉。
HHTS01 low temperature shift catalyst is used to produce hydrogen and ammonia which use natural gas, coke-oven gas, refinery gas, naphtha, coal and oil field gas as raw material.
