一段转化催化剂（HHZ01型）主要用于蒸汽与含甲烷类气体 (如天然气、油田伴生气、焦炉气、炼厂气等) 一段炉转化制合成氨工艺气或制氢。该类型催化剂经过使用表明：产品具有低温活性好、抗结炭能力强、强度高、易还原、易装填、阻力小等特点。
Primary Reforming Catalyst HHZ01 is mainly used in primary reformer to produce synthesis ammonia or hydrogen, which is mainly for steam and methane gas such as natural gas, oil field gas, coke-oven gas, refinery gas and so on. This item has been proved has excellent activity at low temperature, good resistance of carbon reforming, high crush strength, small resistance, easy to reduce & loading etc.

出口温度 Outlet temperature: 650-950℃

水碳比 water/carbon ratio≥2.5
进气要求 Gas feed up require H2S≤0.5×10-6 (0.5PPm)
