Molecular sieve is a kind of crystallized aluminosilicate with uniform pore diameter, high specific surface areas, strong ability of selective absorption, high strength and thermal stability which have been proved successful when used in chemical, petrochemical and natural gas processes.
1) only adsorb molecular smaller than hole size of molecular sieve.
2) selectively adsorb unsaturated molecular.
3) good water adsorption even under high temperature, large space violocity and low water content.
Our molecular sieves have divided into several types of 3A, 4A, 5A, 10X.13X, 13X APG, Insulating Glass Molecular Sieve, Carbon Molecular Sieve, Activated Molecular Sieve Powder etc. according to its use.
1. 3A
Usually the pylolysis gas contains water at 400~700 PPm, which will lead to freezing on cryogenic separation, besides, water has reaction together with CH4、C2H6m C3H8 and etc. Those by products may distrub the normal processing and lead to turn-down. 3A molecular sieve is the ideal adsorbent for that, adsorbing water and avoid the by product.
2. 4A
Used as dying agent for natural gas and adsorbent for paraffin separation.
Specially used for Freon and some other molecular biger than 4.8A.
3. 5A for inoxygen making
It can produce oxygen with purity at 50~90% according to demand.
Mainly used as dehydration, desulfurization and purification of air nature gas and oil, inoxygen making and hydrogen making by PSA process.
4. 5A-DW for dewaxing
Mainly used for aviation kerosene dewaxing and paraffin separation.
The separated wax can be used as chemical raw material for sapide.
5. 13XUsed as drying agent, desulfurization, purification for oil and gas.
6. 13X-AS
Used as drying agent and decarbonation in air separation
7. Gu-13X
Used as adsorbent for removal of thioalcohol ini aviation kerosene and liquid hyddrocarbon
Service temperature>130 oC ②pressure: 2-3Kg/cm2 ③space violocity: 4 H-1
mercaptan would be decrease from 50PPm to 10PPm.

8. 10X
used as high-pow adsorbent for removal of H2O, H2S and CO2 in liquid, gas, and paraffin separation
